Ma’aden appoints Mosaed Al-Ohali as new CEO

Currently Al-Ohali is executive vice president of corporate finance (CFO) at SABIC

The appointment of Mosaed Al-Ohali as the new CEO and an executive member of the board of directors of Ma’aden is effective from 1 April 2020.
The appointment of Mosaed Al-Ohali as the new CEO and an executive member of the board of directors of Ma’aden is effective from 1 April 2020.

Ma’aden announced the appointment of Mosaed Al-Ohali as the new CEO and an executive member of the board of directors of the company, with effect from 1 April 2020.

Al-Ohali has an experience of more than 34 years in industrial management, including his tenure with SABIC in several senior positions since 1984. He has served on the board of directors for several companies as well as government and international organisations.

Al-Ohali holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. His appointment is subject to the approval of the first general assembly meeting.
