Sipchem wins corporate social responsibility award from Arabia CSR Network

Sipchem continued with its achievements last week with an award as the ‘Best CSR and Sustainability Company’ in the ‘Large Business Category’ with more than 1,000 employees across the Middle East and North Africa.

The award was given during a ceremony held by the Arabia CSR Network in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Sipchem was selected for this award for its programmes and efforts in the field of sustainability, which the company considers to be one of the cornerstones of its principles and values that drive the growth of its business in an effective and sustainable manner, as well as achieving the company's environmental and social balance.

It is worth mentioning here that on 12 September, Sipchem Innovation Club won the 2018 ‘CSR Initiative of the Year’ Award at the Oil & Gas Middle East and Refining & Petrochemicals Middle East Awards held in Dubai.
 
The Arab CSR Award is a programme developed for the Middle East and Africa, and aims to encourage institutions in the Arab world to intensify their CSR efforts and celebrate their achievements with the public by awarding them and stimulating the interest of other companies and institutions to develop their sustainability performance to be more responsible towards the community.
