Kamal Mohammed Fatayerji holds 27 years of combined experience in project management, marketing and sales, working for a global engineering firm. Of these, Fatayerji spent 20 years on petrochemical projects and hydrocarbon downstream joint ventures with international partners. Nama Chemicals is a joint stock, Tadawul-listed company, established in Saudi Arabia in 1992, with the objective of developing and establishing industrial projects in the petrochemical sector. The Saudisation of the company’s workforce stands at 52%. NAMA Chemicals’ affiliates include Arabian Industrial Fibers Company (Ibn-Rushd), Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) and National Chemical Industries Corporation (NACIC) of Bahrain. Fatayerji earned his master’s degree in construction engineering and programme management from the University of California at Berkeley in the United States.
