EQUATE participates in Kuwait University's career fair

In its endeavour to attract the best human capital for the continued growth of the industry and economy, EQUATE Petrochemical Company continues supporting the professional development of students by participating in the 18th Annual Career Fair at Kuwait University’s (KU) College of Engineering & Petroleum.

Hussain Al-Omran, human resources talent and performance management leader, EQUATE, said: “EQUATE prides itself with having propelled its growth from Kuwait. Throughout the fair, EQUATE’s team interacted with students from different majors, such as chemical engineering, to attract, train, develop and qualify our most important elements, which are the human resources.”

During the first quarter of 2018, EQUATE recruited over 35 Kuwaiti fresh graduates from various majors. The company aims to increase its current 54% of local human resources.
