3M opens two new centres in UAE and Saudi

Both facilities are dedicated to oil and gas sector

Technology specialist 3M announced on Tuesday the opening of two new customer experience centers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Both facilities, located in Abu Dhabi and Dammam, are dedicated to the oil and gas sector and feature a number of interactive displays for products and services.

“At 3M, we understand the challenges the industry is now facing and as such we work closely with the oil and gas companies to help them improve productivity, increase efficiency and enhance performance," said S. B. Min, Lab Manager, 3M R&D Middle East & Africa.

"With the situation being volatile at the moment, oil and gas companies are looking at solutions to improve productivity and lower operational costs.

"With two dedicated 3M Customer Experience Centers opened in the region, we are confident that our technologies, products and solutions can help these companies solve complex issues across the industry’s main segments," Min  concluded.
